Mantayupan Falls is situated in Barili town, 2-2.5 hours drive away from Cebu City. The way set to Barili is generally smooth the distance passing through the towns of Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando and Carcar.

Mantayupan Falls is made out of two levels, at the first level are three fourteen meter (14 mtr.) falls, and at the second level is a ninety-eight meter high (98 mtr.) waterfall.

It is located close to the east end of Carcar-Barili Road where it connects with the national highway. The falls are more or less 200 feet high yet don’t have a direct descent. Pools at different statures stream into the basin. The waterfall is one of three primary vacation destinations in the inner part barangays of Barili.

Getting There: From Cebu City, you can take a bus to Barili at the South bus terminal. Getting to Barili is pretty straight forward, just like going to Oslob. Upon arriving at Barili town you can either take a tricycle or a habal-habal (motorcycle). You can also opt for a van, for you can save time and with affordable rates. Having a car, you can easily take the SRP road to Talisay and continue to the National hi-way all the way to Carcar City then to Barili.
